Envipco Announces Change in Shareholding

 Envipco Holding N.V., a public-listed company on the NYSE Euronext Brussels “ENVI” and a global provider of recycling systems and solutions to the beverage and retail industries, announces changes in its shareholdings.

Alexandre Bouri has agreed to sell 600,000 of his shares in Envipco Holding N.V. (representing 22.12 % of the total issued shares) to GD Env LLC, a company beneficially owned by Douglas Poling at an undisclosed price. After this transaction Mr Bouri ownership is reduced to 44.55%. Mr Bouri shall retain voting rights on these shares sold to GD Env LLC until 8 January 2013, by which time Mr Bouri has the right to buy back those shares.
GD Env LLC ownership in Envipco Holding N.V. shall increase from 4.42% to 26.54% of the total issued shares.
