Global Graphics: number of shares and voting rights as at 31 July 2011

  As at 31 July 2011, as was the case as at 1 January 2011, the number of ordinary shares forming the share capital of Global Graphics SA (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) was 10,289,781.

As at 31 July 2011, the total number of theoretical voting rights attached to these 10,289,781 shares was 10,297,501 pursuant to the existence of a total of 7,720 shares to which a double voting was attached at that date.

As at 31 July 2011, the total number of voting rights which may be exercised by the Company`s shareholders was 10,129,420 after deduction of the voting rights attached to the 168,081 own shares held by the Company at that date.
