Corbion hereby reports the transaction details related to its share buyback program announced on 1 September 2025.
During the week of 8 September up to and including 12 September 2025 a total of 28.805 shares were repurchased at an average price of €17.4190 for a total amount of €501,753.53
To date, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to €1,985,185.01 representing 19.58% of the overall share buyback program.
