MIAMI (February 23, 2026) - Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) announces that its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 20, 2026. As further described in the joint current report on Form 8-K, on February 20, 2026, Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc entered into a unification agreement related to the proposed unification of Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc's dual listed company structure and the shifting of Carnival Corporation's legal incorporation from Panama to Bermuda.
