OAKLAND, Calif., Feb. 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.18 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable May 12, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 26, 2023.
