Disclosure of transparency notification
Ascencio has received a transparency declaration from the Belgian State, the Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissement, Belfius Bank SA and Belfius Insurance SA, informing her that they now hold in total 362,004 voting rights in the Company.
They declare a 5.24% total shareholding and consequently a crossing of the 5% threshold upwards.
